All My Own Meal® main course meals are fully cooked and can be stored in the pantry, office, dorm, hotel room or packed in a suit case. Refrigeration is NOT required and our meals should never be frozen!!
Every meal is:MY KIND OF CHICKEN®: A favorite combination with chunks of light and dark chicken with brown rice, peas and carrots in a mild sauce.
CHICKEN MEDITERRANEAN: A hearty chicken meal with the flavors of the Mediterranean region, it has chunks of light and dark chicken, tomatoes, potatoes, chickpeas, and black olives in a tangy sauce.
CHICKEN & NOODLES: A winning combination with chunks of light and dark chicken, home-style Kluski noodles, peas and carrots in a lightly seasoned sauce.
CHICKEN & BLACK BEANS: A scrumptious meal with chunks of light and dark chicken, black & kidney beans, tomatoes, potatoes, sweet peppers and corn. Simple spicing brings out its full flavor!
BEEF STEW: A satisfying, delicious stew! It has chunks of lean beef, with potatoes, sweet peppers, tomatoes, cabbage, zucchini, chickpeas and carrots in a flavorful sauce.
OLD WORLD STEW: Chunks of lean beef, with brown rice, tomatoes, zucchini and pinto beans. The sauce is seasoned with the aromatic flavors of the Middle East.
PASTA WITH GARDEN VEGETABLES: This delicious and robust meal has rotini pasta with peppers, mushrooms, zucchini and tomatoes. It’s perfectly flavored with traditional Italian seasonings. (Pareve)
VEGETARIAN STEW: A meal fit for vegetarian and hearty eater equally! With macaroni, vegetables, potatoes, barley, lentils, peanuts and seasonings, this meal has great taste and a variety of textures. (Pareve)
CHEESE TORTELLINI: Cheese-filled tortellinis are simply delicious in a well-seasoned tomato sauce, with the added protein of pinto beans. (Dairy)
